Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory (Sumbar & Riau)
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and partner outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitive activities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team on local promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG or retail sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of Sumbar and Riau market landscape
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
