- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the Cirebon, Jawa Barat area.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market share and penetrating new client segments within the retail and consumer products sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key distributors, retailers, and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Manage sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive working experience as an Area Sales Manager, preferably within the Retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or Consumer Products industry.
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, train, and develop a sales force.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cirebon and Jawa Barat market dynamics, including key distributors, retailers, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in using sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
