- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth in the assigned area
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular coaching to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
