Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure product visibility and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in retail/consumer goods
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in regional markets
- Strong leadership abilities with team development experience
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
