- Develop and implement localized sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Manokwari region
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Train and motivate sales teams on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Ensure optimal product visibility and merchandising standards in retail outlets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management, preferably FMCG/retail sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
