Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the SUMBAR region to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution networks in Sumatera Barat
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust tactics and optimize resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with key retailers and business partners
- Monitor competitor activities and implement counter-strategies to maintain market position
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and budget management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in FMCG/retail sector
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of Sumatera Barat's retail landscape
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and CRM systems
