You'll be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets while establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with franchise partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet/exceed regional targets in JABODETABEK
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchise partners aligned with brand standards
- Train and support franchise operations to ensure product knowledge and sales excellence
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders including distributors and retail partners
- Implement promotional campaigns to drive consumer engagement and sales conversion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years sales management experience with 3+ years in franchise development
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in consumer retail
- Deep knowledge of JABODETABEK market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex partnership agreements
- Experience managing multi-location operations and franchise networks
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
