Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Jawa Barat region.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively and ensure all operational expenses are controlled.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the Retail or Consumer Products industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region as required by the job scope.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
