- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the East Java region.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key distributors, pharmacies, and medical representatives.
- Oversee the execution of sales programs and marketing initiatives to maximize product visibility and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance, professional development, and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor sales performance regularly and adjust strategies to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing department to align promotional activities and product launches with sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the ethical pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of ethical pharmaceutical products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
