- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Sumatera regions
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with marketing to launch new products and optimize existing offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in sales management with 3+ years in regional leadership
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Sumatera market dynamics
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
