In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, working directly with distributors and retail partners to ensure our products achieve maximum visibility and market penetration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute field sales activities and promotional campaigns to drive product distribution and sales volume in the Batu Licin area.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Coordinate with local distributors and retailers to ensure proper product placement and availability on shelves.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts and customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Organize and execute in-store promotional activities, sampling, and demonstrations to boost brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license and a reliable personal vehicle (mandatory for field travel).
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Batu Licin, South Kalimantan.
