Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales conversion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust merchandising strategies effectively.
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory presentation in retail stores.
- Train and guide store staff on display standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate in-store promotions with broader campaigns.
- Organize and execute seasonal window displays and promotional events.
- Monitor sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for visual improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or visual display.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of jewelry retail and consumer behavior.
- Excellent creative eye with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
