Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure optimal product display, merchandising standards, and visibility in assigned retail outlets across Tegal and Pemalang.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store managers, retail staff, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and identify opportunities for product replenishment or new placements.
- Effectively implement promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and planogram updates as per company guidelines.
- Collect and report on market trends, competitor activities, sales data, and store feedback to the management team.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and merchandising objectives within the designated territory.
- Provide product knowledge and training to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell our offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures during field visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales merchandising, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or consumer products industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising principles, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently to manage a territory effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite for reporting).
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and own a personal vehicle (motorcycle) for daily fieldwork.
- Residency in or willing to commute to the Tegal-Pemalang area is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
