Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in FMCG sector (General/Modern Trade)
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with Papua retail market preferred
