Loluna is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Promotion Supervisor to lead our sales operations in the Solo, Jawa Tengah region. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring your sales team to ensure the consistent achievement of sales targets and promotional goals. You will serve as the bridge between our corporate marketing strategy and on-the-ground execution, ensuring brand visibility and customer engagement are maximized in the local market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Solo region to optimize promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing department to ensure the successful execution of promotional events and activations.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, including performance analysis and forecasting.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for promotional activities.
  • Foster a positive team culture and provide constructive feedback to improve team productivity and morale.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales supervision, retail management, or brand promotion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
