Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales promotion
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of the Jakarta retail market is highly desirable
