Are you a passionate leader with a flair for the beauty industry? Hebe Beauty is currently seeking a results-driven Area Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our retail operations, responsible for coaching and inspiring our team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance.
As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will act as a bridge between management strategy and field execution. You will analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and implement merchandising standards that keep Hebe Beauty at the forefront of the retail market. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure consistent service standards.
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable feedback to store teams to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse departments to ensure optimal stock availability and inventory management.
- Maintain high-level visual merchandising standards across all assigned locations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for business development.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports for management review, highlighting key achievements and improvement areas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or beauty industry supervision.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to travel between retail locations within the Pasig/Metro Manila area as required.
