Tanggung Jawab
- Drive consistent sales growth across assigned retail locations by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategic action plans.
- Supervise and mentor store staff, providing ongoing training to ensure superior service standards.
- Oversee daily retail operations, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Maintain precise inventory levels and coordinate replenishment cycles to minimize shrinkage and stockouts.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and merchandising guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive sales and operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new product launches and marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales tracking and inventory management software.
- Proven ability to motivate diverse teams and lead by example.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel between various store locations in the Paranaque and Metro Manila area.
