Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales team performance and provide on-the-ground support
- Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to improve their performance and skills
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure they understand company products and sales processes
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales campaigns and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales supervisory or leadership role in the retail or consumer products industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of developing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and consumer behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
