  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and organize training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision or management within the retail or consumer goods industry.
