Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies aligned with regional market dynamics
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable coaching to team members
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate promotional activities and ensure brand consistency across retail channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic adjustments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales supervision or team leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in consumer products sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market reports
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software
- Deep understanding of Semarang's retail landscape and consumer behavior
