Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and brand presence in Bali.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal product placement and merchandising standards at retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
