- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with regional growth objectives
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor product distribution, merchandising standards, and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distribution channels
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Implement promotional campaigns and new product launches in assigned area
- Ensure compliance with company policies and FMCG industry regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for seamless product availability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (3+ years experience accepted without degree)
- Minimum 3 years sales management experience in FMCG or consumer goods sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Deep knowledge of Bandung Barat retail landscape and distribution channels
