Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute area sales strategies for chilled product lines to achieve KPIs
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives in Dharmasraya territory
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Ensure compliance with cold chain protocols and product quality standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for regional management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience with chilled products background
- Proven team leadership and territory management skills
- Strong understanding of retail distribution and cold chain logistics
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Resident of Dharmasraya or willing to relocate
