Join the dynamic team at Cimory Group as an Area Sales Supervisor (Chilled) in Jakarta Raya. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales operations and expand our market presence in the Chilled food sector. In this key role, you will oversee the sales performance of distributors and key accounts in the Jaktimsel region, ensuring the delivery of our high-quality dairy and chilled products to consumers.
You will be responsible for formulating effective sales strategies, managing territories, and driving revenue growth. As a leader, you will mentor sales teams, conduct market analysis, and ensure strict compliance with company standards and regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily sales operations and achieve regional sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and supervise a network of distributors and key accounts in the Jakarta Raya area.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share in the Chilled segment.
- Conduct regular market visits, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Train, motivate, and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure product availability, and manage distribution logistics effectively.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within the Chilled/Food & Beverage sector.
- Proven experience in sales management, territory management, and team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Valid driving license and own transportation are required.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
