As a Sales Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in executing merchandising strategies, ensuring optimal product visibility in retail outlets, and implementing promotional campaigns that resonate with local consumers. The chilled product category demands specialized expertise in cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive handling, requiring meticulous attention to detail and compliance with food safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies for chilled products (dairy, beverages, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distribution channels
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure proper merchandising standards and product visibility in assigned territory
- Conduct regular store audits and provide actionable feedback to the sales team
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery and proper cold chain maintenance
- Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in FMCG sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Experience with chilled/perishable product distribution (cold chain knowledge)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in sales management software (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Tangerang operational area
