Join Bukit Inti Makmur Abadi as an Area Sales Supervisor and lead our dynamic retail operations in Cianjur. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to penetrate new markets, strengthen client relationships, and ensure our consumer products reach their full potential in West Java. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for the Cianjur territory
- Conduct regular joint field visits with sales representatives to provide hands-on coaching
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Lead team meetings for performance reviews, goal setting, and strategy alignment
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales approaches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
- Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales supervision or management
- Proven track record in retail/consumer products industry
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Knowledge of West Java market dynamics preferred
- Ability to work independently in field environments
