- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for FMCG products

- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG sales supervision
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail/consumer goods
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and data analysis
