Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute annual sales activity plans tailored to the specific needs of the Solo and Yogya markets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and individual growth.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide constructive feedback to improve team efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Coordinate with regional management to align sales goals with broader company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales data and inventory levels to the regional office.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or supervisory roles within the FMCG/Retail sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Solo & Yogya).
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
