Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of 5-8 retail stores to maintain brand standards and service quality
- Execute company marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market share
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement corrective actions for sales targets
- Conduct regular store visits for coaching, training, and operational audits
- Manage inventory control, loss prevention, and compliance protocols
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive customer traffic
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities
- Mentor store managers to improve team performance and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail/supervisory experience in F&B or consumer goods
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Strong analytical skills for sales data interpretation and trend analysis
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Metro Manila
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
