Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily performance of the assigned area team to ensure operational targets are met.
- Implement marketing and operational strategies as directed by regional management.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and company branding within the territory.
- Analyze area performance data and generate regular reports for upper management.
- Coach and mentor staff to improve individual productivity and professional growth.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer issues effectively and promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Management preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in field operations or marketing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area in Jakarta Utara.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Possession of BPJS is highly valued; readiness to comply with all company administrative requirements.
