Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stations within assigned territory
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Monitor and improve store performance metrics including sales targets
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service quality
- Prepare and submit area performance reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in retail management software
- Must reside in or near Cavite area
