Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and workflow across all supervised retail outlets in the Klang Valley.
- Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to enhance service quality and boost sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and store visits to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll processing, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or F&B industry.
- Proven track record in staff training, inventory control, and day-to-day operational management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid Driver’s License is essential for traveling between multiple outlets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
