- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve market targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of medical representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Jawa Timur
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of healthcare sector dynamics and pharmaceutical products
