Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations across assigned fashion outlets to maintain brand standards and operational excellence
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales conversion
- Lead, mentor, and coach store teams to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor KPIs including sales targets, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal and store aesthetics
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal product availability and seasonal alignment
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Fashion Retail (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail supervision with 1+ years in fashion/lifestyle sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team development goals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and operational metrics
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in cross-functional team management
- Advanced proficiency in retail management systems (e.g., POS, inventory software)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred for vendor communications
- Deep understanding of Indonesian fashion market dynamics and consumer behavior
