As an Area Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores in the assigned area
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Train, coach, and develop store managers to enhance their leadership skills
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory control and product quality across all locations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide guidance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or supervision
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with coffee industry and products is a plus
- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite
