Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise and comprehensive site surveys and physical measurements for new, existing, and upcoming retail store locations.
- Prepare accurate survey reports, detailed sketches, and as-built drawings to assist the design and construction teams.
- Verify existing architectural and engineering plans against actual site conditions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Operate and maintain various surveying instruments and CAD software to gather and process spatial data efficiently.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with company standards, safety protocols, and local building codes.
- Monitor ongoing construction progress and provide technical support to on-site teams as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Proven working experience as a Surveyor, Draftsman, or similar technical role within the construction or retail industry is an advantage.
- Highly capable of working under minimum supervision while managing multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural/surveying software.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and spatial reasoning skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with different departments and external partners.
