Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze organizational needs to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that enhance employee competence.
- Conduct needs assessments and competency gap analysis across various departments to identify skill deficiencies.
- Develop training materials, facilitator guides, and multimedia content to support diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department managers to align training objectives with specific business strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends in learning and development to propose modern training methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in training and development or instructional design.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for professional development.
