Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze organizational needs to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that enhance employee competence.
  • Conduct needs assessments and competency gap analysis across various departments to identify skill deficiencies.
  • Develop training materials, facilitator guides, and multimedia content to support diverse learning styles.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Stay updated with industry trends in learning and development to propose modern training methodologies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in training and development or instructional design.
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
