Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for specific countries within the Asia Cluster.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to monitor performance against KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review.
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations teams to optimize trade spend and promotional investments.
- Maintain data integrity and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial reporting cycles.
- Support cross-country financial harmonization initiatives to ensure consistency and compliance with corporate standards.
- Provide actionable insights and decision-support to business partners to steer commercial financial health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or commercial finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Modeling) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage complex, time-sensitive tasks.
- Detailed knowledge of financial statements, variance analysis, and reporting standards.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
