Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary representative for the General Manager in daily operations and high-level meetings.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to accelerate company growth and market share.
- Oversee and optimize daily operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce overhead costs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue expansion.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all company departments.
- Prepare executive reports and performance dashboards for the General Manager and board stakeholders.
- Lead special projects and corporate initiatives to drive organizational change and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a managerial or assistant executive role.
- Strong background in business operations, strategic planning, and sales management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of professional integrity, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
