As the CMO, you will be the driving force behind our regional revenue and marketing strategy. You are not just a brand custodian; you are a business builder. You will own the P&L, manage the local marketing budget, and play a critical role in converting strategic relationships into immediate business results. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of technical industry knowledge in energy solutions and a sophisticated understanding of market entry strategies in Southeast Asia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategy for the Indonesian electrical and energy solutions market.
  • Own and manage the regional P&L, ensuring all marketing and operational expenditures align with revenue targets and ROI benchmarks.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a multi-disciplinary marketing and sales team from scratch, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, distributors, and government entities to drive business growth.
  • Oversee the localization of global brand assets and lead the creation of targeted campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to refine product positioning and identify new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the global executive team to align local operations with international corporate objectives.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor marketing effectiveness and sales conversion rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, or general management, preferably within the electrical or energy sector.
  • Proven track record of building departments or business units from 'zero to one' in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with direct experience managing P&L and multi-million IDR marketing budgets.
  • Exceptional networking skills with a demonstrated ability to convert high-level relationships into commercial outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage given our corporate headquarters.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian regulatory landscape and industrial energy market.
