Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategy for the Indonesian electrical and energy solutions market.
- Own and manage the regional P&L, ensuring all marketing and operational expenditures align with revenue targets and ROI benchmarks.
- Build, mentor, and lead a multi-disciplinary marketing and sales team from scratch, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, distributors, and government entities to drive business growth.
- Oversee the localization of global brand assets and lead the creation of targeted campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to refine product positioning and identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the global executive team to align local operations with international corporate objectives.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor marketing effectiveness and sales conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, or general management, preferably within the electrical or energy sector.
- Proven track record of building departments or business units from 'zero to one' in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen with direct experience managing P&L and multi-million IDR marketing budgets.
- Exceptional networking skills with a demonstrated ability to convert high-level relationships into commercial outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage given our corporate headquarters.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian regulatory landscape and industrial energy market.
