Utomodeck Metal Works is seeking a visionary and experienced General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. We are looking for a proven leader who has successfully managed a factory environment and is ready to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the company, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will serve as the bridge between executive strategy and on-the-ground execution, optimizing workflows, managing resources efficiently, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the metal and industrial sector who can navigate complex challenges while steering the company toward sustainable profitability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily factory operations, production planning, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and output targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, ensuring financial targets are met and cost controls are effective.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team across all departments.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, key clients, and government officials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing or metal works industry.
- Proven track record as a General Manager, Factory Director, or similar executive leadership position.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems is highly preferred.
