Humana International Indonesia is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key business partner to the CEO, driving the company’s long-term financial strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. We are looking for a high-caliber financial leader who possesses the expertise to navigate complex financial landscapes while fostering a culture of fiscal discipline and transparent reporting.
As our CFO, you will oversee all aspects of our financial operations, including capital structure, investment strategies, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will play a critical role in shaping our corporate trajectory, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring that our financial framework remains robust and agile in an evolving market. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with a forward-thinking mindset, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights for the Board and stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance department to ensure high performance and strict adherence to internal controls.
- Direct all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Formulate and execute long-term financial strategies to support business growth and profitability targets.
- Manage capital structure and optimize banking/investor relationships to ensure adequate funding for corporate objectives.
- Establish robust risk management frameworks and internal audit processes to safeguard company assets.
- Analyze market trends and operational performance to provide strategic recommendations to the executive board.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting standards, and corporate governance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years at a Senior Management or C-suite level.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP/IFRS reporting standards.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets, financial planning, and corporate restructuring initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professional integrity and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
