Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct preliminary vision screenings and refraction tests under optometrist supervision
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses based on prescriptions and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of customer eye exams and purchase transactions
- Provide product information and guidance on lens coatings, frame materials, and care
- Manage sales counter operations including payment processing and inventory checks
- Ensure examination equipment is sterilized and workspace meets hygiene standards
- Collaborate with optometrists to ensure seamless customer flow and service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) with health/apothecary background preferred
- 1+ year experience in optical retail or eye care (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of refraction principles and eye examination procedures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation
- Customer service oriented with friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in team settings
- Professional appearance with strong work ethic and integrity
