Morning Star Community Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Aspire/CareNights Supervisor to join our team in Balestier. In this pivotal role, you will create an environment of warmth and safety for the individuals we serve, with a primary focus on strengthening the relationship between children and their parents.
As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of care professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality overnight and after-hours support services. You will be responsible for implementing structured programs that promote emotional well-being, therapeutic interventions, and family engagement activities during care nights.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the overnight care team to ensure quality service delivery
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and families
- Implement and oversee structured evening programs and therapeutic activities
- Facilitate parent-child bonding sessions and family engagement initiatives
- Monitor and document individual progress and behavioral observations
- Coordinate with social workers and external professionals for integrated care planning
- Manage crisis interventions and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Mentor and train care staff on best practices in child welfare
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a child welfare or community services setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and family dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
- Experience with crisis management and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of relevant Singapore child protection policies and regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts
