Join PT Junrich Development Indonesia as an ASSEMBLING SUPERVISOR and lead our manufacturing operations to excellence. This pivotal role oversees daily assembly activities, ensuring optimal productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency. You'll manage a dynamic team of production staff, coordinate workflow processes, and implement lean manufacturing principles to meet ambitious production targets. The position requires strong leadership skills to foster a safe, collaborative work environment while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies. You'll collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve production bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily assembly line operations to ensure productivity targets are met
- Train and mentor production staff on assembly techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Coordinate with quality assurance to inspect finished products and reduce defects
- Manage inventory levels of assembly materials and tools to prevent workflow disruptions
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management review
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain clean, organized production areas
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or assembly management
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop production teams
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing
