Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes and production systems
- Certification in OHS standards and quality management systems
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production tracking software
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
