Contactpoint360, a dynamic BPO company based in Cebu, Central Visayas, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset and Property Specialist to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate maintenance and updating of records for all company assets, including IT equipment and facility-related items. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient asset utilization, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies.

As an Asset and Property Specialist, you will oversee the entire asset lifecycle—from procurement to disposal. You will conduct regular physical audits, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and manage asset tags and tracking systems. Your keen eye for detail will help prevent loss, reduce costs, and ensure that all assets are accounted for. Collaboration with various departments such as IT, Finance, and Operations will be key to maintaining accurate records and supporting business needs.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update accurate records of all company assets, including IT equipment, furniture, and facility items.
  • Conduct regular physical inspections and audits to verify asset existence and condition.
  • Coordinate with departments for asset acquisition, transfer, and disposal.
  • Implement and manage asset tracking systems (e.g., barcode tags, spreadsheets, or asset management software).
  • Prepare and present reports on asset inventory, utilization, and depreciation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding asset management.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for asset purchases and replacements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in asset management, property administration, or inventory control.
  • Strong knowledge of asset tracking systems and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Preferably with experience in BPO or corporate setting.
