Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive asset records including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal
- Conduct regular physical audits to verify asset existence and condition
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed asset valuation and reporting documentation
- Coordinate with procurement and finance departments for asset lifecycle coordination
- Implement and maintain asset management systems for data accuracy
- Analyze asset utilization metrics to optimize resource allocation
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in asset management or accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations
