Join Equilife Medical Equipment Supplies & Services Inc. as an Asset Controller and become a vital part of our supply chain operations. In this role, you'll safeguard our valuable medical inventory through meticulous tracking, systematic counting, and comprehensive reporting. Your expertise will ensure asset integrity across our Ermita facility, directly supporting our mission to deliver quality healthcare solutions. You'll collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to reconcile discrepancies, implement inventory controls, and optimize asset utilization. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts for medical equipment and supplies
- Maintain accurate digital records of all company assets using inventory management systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Generate monthly/quarterly inventory reports for financial and operational stakeholders
- Implement and improve asset tracking protocols for medical equipment lifecycle management
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for asset control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or asset control
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience in medical equipment or healthcare supply chain preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
